Information you choose to share

Guest requests include first name, age range, gender and optional self-description, who you are interested in meeting, neighborhood or ZIP, occupation, relationship intentions, email and confirmation that you are single and at least 21. Optional answers include active interests, notes, Instagram, mobile number, referral source and text-message consent. Some answers can reveal sensitive personal preferences. Please do not include identity documents, financial information, medical details or other unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.

Venue inquiries include business name, contact name, location, preferred contact method and the relevant email address or telephone number. Role, website or Instagram, and proposed experience are optional. A venue's Text preference concerns that inquiry only, not recurring marketing.

How we use your information

Mark uses requests for personal review, guest-list curation, introductions, experience planning and venue conversations. Internal records can include review status, founding status, interests, invitations, attendance and introduction notes. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising profiles or publish your answers. We do not provide automated matchmaking or make automated acceptance decisions.

We do not share your form answers with venues or other guests as a directory. Any necessary event arrangements or introductions are handled personally. Submitting a request does not buy a ticket, create a paid membership or guarantee an invitation or match.

Storage, notifications and access

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores guest and venue records separately using its SQLite-backed Durable Objects service. This is persistent cloud storage, not storage on a visitor's device or a temporary web server. Cloudflare encrypts the service's data at rest and protects connections in transit. Authorized owner administration is protected by a separate server-side credential. No public submission-listing service is provided.

Resend processes notification emails to Mark at mark@localchemistryaz.com. These contain only the request type and an internal record identifier, not your answers or contact information. Mark uses Google Workspace for his mailbox. A stored request remains saved even if an owner notification is delayed or fails. No automatic confirmation email is sent to you, and no SMS service is enabled.

These providers may process data in the United States and other locations where they operate. Cloudflare also processes network information needed to deliver and protect the service. We limit application logs and do not log form bodies. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Contact and text choices

A mobile number is not text-message consent. The separate, optional checkbox is not preselected and says: “Text me invitations and event updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” We record the choice, exact wording, version and submission time. Text automation is disabled. We will not enable recurring texts without an appropriately configured provider, updated disclosures and STOP handling. Choosing Text for a venue inquiry is not a subscription to marketing.

Repeated submissions do not overwrite an existing request or change its consent. For changes, withdrawal of consent or contact preferences, email Mark. Requesting an invitation does not enroll you in a general marketing campaign.

Minimal measurement and spam protection

First-party aggregate counters measure visits, invitation and venue clicks, form starts and successfully stored requests. Only allowlisted nonsensitive campaign tags and known referring-site hostnames are retained. Form answers, contact details and full referring URLs are not included in these counters. No third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies are installed.

Campaign attribution is held in your browser tab's session storage. Form answers are not saved in browser storage or placed in URLs. Temporary rate-limit records use a daily-salted hash of a network address and expire from application rate-limit storage as new requests arrive, normally within two minutes. A hidden spam field, request-size limits, origin checks and validation help protect forms. Fonts and imagery are served with the site. Instagram and email links open separate services.

Retention and your choices

Requests are retained for personal review and community administration until Mark removes them; this V1 does not automatically delete guest or venue records on a fixed schedule. Please contact Mark if you no longer want your request retained. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent at mark@localchemistryaz.com. Mark may need to confirm your identity before acting. We will respond personally and consider any applicable rights or retention obligations.

Deletion removes active submission and notification-queue records. Provider-managed recovery history and mailbox copies may remain for the providers' applicable retention periods; removal from active storage is not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup. We do not maintain a separate automated export of guest answers. Anonymous aggregate counts do not identify you and may remain after deletion.

The invitation age menu currently starts at 25, while the eligibility confirmation says 21 or older. There is no 21–24 menu option. This service is not intended for minors.
